帷子（かたびら）とは裏をつけない夏の小袖のことです。
このコレクションは、徳川家康が実際に着ていた浅葱色に白い蟹がたくさん踊っているユーモアたっぷりの帷子が、発想の源です。
matohuは、日本の夏野菜である「茗荷」をモチーフに、新鮮で楽しい現代の帷子をつくりました。

Katabira is the unlined Summer kimono .
This collection was inspired by a cool and unique Katabira, which was printed with dancing crabs and worn by the great war lord, Tokugawa Ieyasu,.
We created a modern, cheerful Katabira, with the motif of Myoga, a Japanese Summer vegetable.
